"BEWARE US SELLERS - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY Had a business to business dealing with the company recently. One of their brokers, William Lecerf, purchased a laptop computer from us in the US. After receiving the item he sent a close up photo of a different computer claiming that our computer arrived crushed. He then demanded a replacement or a full refund. We then asked for pictures of the whole computer as well as the box and informed him that we would require the damaged unit to be returned so we could verify via serial number as well as internal security hologram sticker that this was the correct computer. He refused to answer or provide any pictures and filed a case with the payment processing center used in the transaction, again demanding a replacement or full refund and not wanting to return the item. However, this time he lied and stated that the reason he was now dealing with the payment center is because we were not returning his emails. After providing proof to the processing center that we were actively trying to contact him and he was in fact trying another avenue to commit fraud, the payment processing company decided to eat the cost of the computer by refunding him and not charging us as US authorities have no reach in France. So he got away with it even though there was no loss to our company. This could have ended very differently however. There was a real risk of fraudulent loss with this broker and this company.
